Bread Cutlet



Ingredients
  1. Bread (Normal) - 8 to 10 slices
  2. Onion - 3
  3. Green Chilli - 3
  4. Carrot - 2 small
  5. Potato - 4
  6. Fennel seeds - 1/4 Tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
  8. Chilly powder - 1/2 Tsp
  9. Pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
  10. Ginger-garlic paste - 1/4 Tsp each
  11. Meat Masala - 2 Tsp
  12. Salt - as required
  13. Curry Leaves - 2 Twigs
  14. Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
  15. Oil - for frying
Preparation
  • Just crush the bread slices in a mixer.
  • Boil potato & carrot. smash and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, when it leaves the aroma add finely chopped onion and chilly to it. saute it well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste saute it , add the masala's one by one with salt to it. Mix it well.
  • Now add the smashed potato and carrot mix to it.Mix all the ingredients.
  • Remove this mixture to another bowl and add the bread , curry leaves and coriander leaves. check the salt too.
  • Mix all the ingredients well so that you can roll it to small balls.
  • Spread some oil in your hand and make cutlets with it.
  • Heat some oil (Shallow Fry) and fry the cutlets.
  • Out of this you can make 25 small cutlets.
